Landscape & Irrigation Renovation, Tree assessment services, ongoing maintenance review.

This is an ongoing continuing services support for a 10-acre condominium development in South Tampa. When I first arrived, the place was a crazy mess of weeds, un-mulched plant beds, poorly trimmed trees, hazardous trees, and poor irrigation. The irrigation system was connected to city water with a bill of over $10k a month for water.  Even with that, the landscape could not be watered properly due to the site being over 10 acres. With watering restrictions, only half the site could be watered one day a week. We proceeded to do a site analysis, photo document the property and create a double well irrigation system to remove them from city water. Two months of the worth of the old water bill payed for the new irrigation system.
