Landscape and Irrigation

This is a small tight urban develop located on Davis  just south of downtown Tampa. Developed in the 1920’s, this is an area of tropical Mediterranean barrel roof architecture. Three stories with limited land space. The planting plan is conceived to create interest and tropical color while maintaining the tidy simplistic nature of the architecture. Simple to maintain, but different than the typical tropical overgrown look.
